Hot and Cold

The coolest things that have happened in the past 2 hours:

- Got an inquiry email from one of the leading distribution companies for documentary films.

- Set up an appointment to meet up with a local documentarian who covers all of the LGBT rallies and protests. He's giving us his footage to use in our film. Extremely passionate and talented guy.

- Got permission from an AWESOME band (whose had their songs featured in some big films) to let us use one of their popular songs as the opening song in OUR film.

- Got an email from one of the BIGGEST documentary directors. Someone I highly admire and aspire to be on his level one day. He just emailed me to get 'acquainted' and he wants to 'chat' !!!

The ONLY not so cool thing that happened in the past 2 hours:

- Got rejected from the Doha Film Festival... but no worries, I knew it was a long-shot.
