Choosing the right Film Festivals

Which festivals do you choose to submit to when you only have so much money alloted for submission fees??? So many festival deadlines are coming up this week, and I wish I could submit to them all, but right now I can only do $200. Which ones to choose???

All of these are due this or next week unless otherwise specified. Please pick your favorite 3-5 (as many as you want, but do not exceed $200 when added together) so I know which ones to submit to this week!
